BRAZING PASTES

 

 

PROTECHNO specialist in brazing, extends its range of products by adding the MANUFACTURING process of Lucas-Milhaupt brazing pastes in its factory settled in Ribérac.

 

The pastes consist of atomized filler metal powders, a flux (when necessary) and a proprietary organic binder to homogeneously suspend the paste components.

 

Our range is composed of several formula of Fluxes/Binders for each brazing process according to the working temperatures and heating conditions (flame – induction – furnace – vacuum furnace).

PROTECHNO OFFERS ALSO AN AUTOMATIC BRAZING PASTE DISPENSER.

 

This apparatus allows a homogenous and precise paste dispensing.

 

 

Packaging :

 

Our pastes are available in syringes of 15, 30 and 100 g and in pots of 150 g to 12 Kg.

 

 

Storage / shelf life :

 

We recommend you to store those pastes in a dry place and at temperatures going from 15 to 25°C. Avoid to store more than 6 months (knowing that the brazing properties of the product remains efficient longer).
